General Policies
• From time to time we may update the labels or
packaging of our products. But, we want
to insure you that the quality of the products will
be the same or better.
• Prices may change. We will notify you of any
price increase before processing your order.
• For large quantities, contact us for information
about quantity discounts. Shipping Policies
• All orders must be COD (collect on delivery)
or prepaid by credit card or check.
• We accept all major credit cards.
• Orders over $100 receive free UPS ground shipping
only. This does not include furniture or
items that are labeled “shipping not included”.
Ask salesman for shipping cost estimate
on these items.
• For air shipments, (next day, 2nd day or 3 day
select) you must pay for shipping.
• If you place your order before 2 p.m., central
time, we will try to ship it out that day.
(This does not include orders on custom items.)
• If any of the items you receive are damaged,
please notify us immediately.
Return Policy
• We are certain that you will be satisfied with
our high quality products. But, if you are
not satisfied, call us. We will make it right or issue
a return authorization number and specific
instructions.
• Do not send anything back to us without calling
first.
• You must pay for shipping on return merchandise.
Return must be shipped in the original carton.
• Credit will be issued minus original shipping
cost.
• Refunds or exchanges will be given within 30
days of purchase with original receipt.
• Returns must be in re-sellable condition for
return credit.
• Some return items are subject to a restocking
charge.
• We do not accept returns on any polishes.
• We do not accept returns on custom items such
as: vinyl signs, promotion signs, custom
acrylic lights, vinyl banners, custom polish, furniture,
etc.
Freight Policy
• All products are inspected prior to shipping.
To protect your interest, we suggest you
should inspect items before accepting delivery.
• If damage has occurred, it should be noted on
the freight bill and a claim filed immediately
with the carrier.
• We can assist you in filing a claim, however,
our responsibility ceases when the shipment
is accepted by the carrier.
• It is your responsibility, not the carrier’s,
to carry the products shipped to you inside
your shop. If you would like inside delivery, there
is an extra charge. Please inform salesman
when you are placing order.
Warranty Policy
• After 30 days, if equipment under warranty is
defective--call us. We will give you the
manufacturer’s repair address, or provide you
with other instructions about repairing
your equipment. |
